For Udda, Square Garden marks a new chapter. Here, we’re bringing our way of living to a larger scale, with 238 apartments, shared spaces and a membership designed around everyday life. From thoughtfully furnished homes and coworking spaces to wellness, hospitality, gatherings and places to simply spend time, everything is designed to create more than a place to live.
At Udda, there are two ways to live, both with Udda membership as part of the concept. Choose a fully furnished apartment, ready for you to move in, or make it your own in one of our unfurnished apartments.
Design is an important part of the Udda experience. Our furnished apartments and shared spaces feature carefully selected pieces from Nordic and international brands, chosen not simply for how they look, but for how they work together and how they make a space feel. From the furniture you use every day to the details you notice along the way, every choice is made with the bigger picture in mind. Creating spaces that feel personal, welcoming and distinctly Udda.
Square Garden is also a little different from our usual way of doing things. For this project, apartments within the Udda concept are booked directly through Klövern’s HomeQ platform, rather than through Udda. Once you’ve found your home, Udda takes care of the experience beyond your front door. From your membership and shared spaces to the community and everyday services that make life at Udda what it is.
